    You're extremely confusing. To make an app you need to learn the Objective -C programming language. You still have to have software development knowledge to develop applications using those services (I don't suggest it).

    To make an App you have to know what it called Objective -C Programming. It isn't easy, and the programs expensive. I'm not sure you know how hard making an App actually is...
