    I would say so, because they will want developers to be able to learn how to use any new/upgraded features before it is released to the public.

    Do you really think you are a developer for Apple? Don't you think you would have maybe had a beta to play with if you were even remotely involved?

    Only if you've submitted to the App Store (most likely multiple apps or makers or the top X apps) would you get something early.

    Betas or early SDK releases would be released to the public. Just because I code Obj-C and C++ doesn't mean I get to request a private beta.

    Its only for people that bought that devving license. They got the 1.2/2.0 beta early too, didnt they?
