Is it possible to create/port limewire to the ipod touch, so one could download a song, and it would be stored in the music folder, accesible from the mobilemusicapp?

This has been discussed many times.

@Shotgunfool: I think they have, but I may be mistaken.

wrong people found out how to download from the internet we don't need safari for ilimewire there is a program called ishare downloads files from sharespace and store it on the ipod so it is possible to download we don't need safari at all to download from the world wide web i tried creating a source which connects to multipul sites and download a bunch of songs from the web onto the ipod you just navigate to the genre in the main installer view of the ipod installer screen and click on a song in that genre that satasifys u and it downloads to the ipod however not possible at the moment to intergrade it to the ipods itunesdb so i'm not even going to worry about releasing this since it's almost point less until i find a way to do so i can set it to navigate to like Library/Webserver/Documents/Music/Genre/ and put the song there and just access it by apache by doing 127.0.0.1 in safari and nav to the menu with the songs and click on them however it will play though safari and only one at a time since quicktime on the ipod doesn't support playlists or anything like that qtl files so it won't work for multipul files but the possibility for a program LIKE limewire to exist.

    Cheers

I read about the first 3 lines and realized that you just typed one giant run on sentence.
    That's ridiculous.

World's longest run-on sentence right there. Wow. That was amazing.
