Weird. I used iLiberty about 5 times in a row tonsee if there was any variance and it worked perfectly for me every time. The mac GUI is a bit different. No option for installer. But anyway, George recommends keeping iTunes running when you run the JB. I've done it both ways and its worked but worth a try. Maybe re-download iLiberty- maybe something wrong with your download?

    Did you check George's blog?

Maybe its because you have Two boot partitions from the Dual Boot thing.

And don't tell me that the two partitions don't have anything to do with it.

iLiberty was meant to jailbreak iPhone & iPod Touch.

And how many do the iPhone & iPod Touch have?

Now when you say Delete it, doesn't mean its not there.

The partition may still be there. Did you reincorporate the space into the main partition?

Same thing happened to me, eventually I just kinda gave up and used iLiberty as a giant DFU'er and downgraded to good ol' 1.1.1, worked my way up with upgrades from Installer.

The one time I got iLiberty working, Installer was still messing up because 1.1.4 is buggy to the extreme.

I'd stick with Ziphone or something.

The first time I tried it got stuck as well. I did restore my ipod to 1.1.4, but I did not set-up as new.

So I put into DFU Restored to 1.1.4 set up as a NEW ipod. It worked the second time. I only selected installer from the packages.
