Used the ipodtouchmaster's repo, worked like a charm! Love the new map features actually really useful for directions now

Got icon to wiggle but no addt'l apps (weather, maps...)

I too used ipodtouchmaster's repo but I did not get the additional apps (mail, weather, stocks, maps). I only got the icons to wiggle and move around plus the add-on on making new icons from the web.

Can anyone help me on this?

Btw, have been searching for quite sometime on this missing applications issue. Also, I used this ijallbreakmobile to jb my touch to 1.1.3 and also got the password problem.

as I recall the new apps are in your installer if you've added the master's repo in your sources. I did this just last night so there shouldn't be a problem with it. I beleive it may be under the heading "iPhone apps" .

I, too, had some problems but was eventually able to get things to work well!!!

#1.)------------ It will tell you in the installer, but if you weren't sure before......DOWNLOAD BSD SUBSYSTEM FIRST!!!! (Arix's website doesn't say it in the notes, it just says to add the repo, but again....the ijailbreakmobile repo will tell you to do this first when you download the 1.1.3 upgrade, so just do it, then come back and d/l the upgrade!)

#2.) ------------ GO INTO SETTINGS AND TURN "AUTO LOCK" TO ***N-E-V-E-R**!!!! (Installer will tell you this too, but sometimes folks don't read the fine print)

#3.)------------ Try to keep your que clear.....(installer will give you this option every time you try to download something and there is anything else in que). This seemed to help when I was having trouble installing OpenSSH from the wrong repo. (which leads to my next suggestion)

#4.) ----------- DOWNLOAD "COMMUNITY SOURCES" FROM THE INSTALLER!!! This is a great resource for keeping up to date. I literally did my first 1.1.3 jailbreak last night and the repo for OpenSSH had just changed servers. I couldn't figure out WHAT was going on, but the new repo was all that was wrong & drove me to fits! New repo----Problem solved!!!

Also, if using customize, be sure to download Skylar's ***1.1.2 (custom)*** version which comes from the touchrepo....(can't remember for sure if it's in Community Sources or not, but it makes customize work perfectly).
