Just jailbroke with Spirit and iFunBox still says that I must jailbreak for advanced filesystem access. Any fix?

I have the latest iPod Touch Firmware, latest iTunes, and latest Spirit. All work fine w/ iFunBox, as long as you re-install the afc2add w/e thingy.
