    Not entirely. I'm looking more at writing ability right now. It's easy to teach users to add in pics.

    My avatar does have a white background :p

    Any app on the App Store is allowed to be reviewed. Please avoid a game like Fly Bird (by Krehole Games).

    Look up Flybird or any other app by them. Or search the forum for his/her/their threads.

    Go ahead and submit an application. You should be fine.

    Um... Buy it yourself and find out... iFans does not reimburst for paid apps used for application purposes, even if they are utter crap.
