Hello everyone, iFans is looking for a new forum member to join our Community Development team. We're only looking for a user that is willing to focus on the iOS Themes & Customization section in particular, an area of iFans that has been fading in recent months due to lack of new content, lack of interest and a variety of other reasons. But we're aiming to reinvigorate that section on iFans, simply because we know there is still a very large theme community out there and lots of iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users that enjoy customizing their device. We also want iFans to fill the shoes of MacThemes, once one of the leading OS X and iOS theming sites on the Web that has also been facing a downward trend and becoming a ghost town in recent months. If you are interested in filling this position for iFans, and think you have what it takes to revive our theme and customization section, please send an email to jrossignol@ifans.com or private message to Kiks52 with a short biography about yourself (name, age, general location), why you feel that you would be a good candidate to fill this position (it doesn't have to be an elaborate response) and possibly a few ideas you might have to get the theme section rolling again at iFans. We will certainly review all applications that we receive from all candidates, but forum members with experience in theming and/or are willing to work on and release new themes over the coming months will definitely be considered frontrunners for obtaining this position on the iFans Community Development team. We look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, iFans staff
Translation: Work your but off on a new theme so we can get more traffic. In the end, we will increase site traffic and advertisement payout @ your expense.
I might contriboot in terms of themes, but I haven't made one since iOS3 so I don't know what's changed. Anyway, good luck to anybody looking to take the position!
