If I upgrade to 2.0 -legally- will I have to resync my music?

    I plan on upgrading to 2.0 but a lot of my music currently on my iPod Touch isn't on any computer, so therefore if I had to resync I would be SOL...

    Use Winamp to copy the music from your iPod to your harddrive. Then when you upgrade you can re sync all that music through iTunes.

    After I upgraded, I still had all my songs and videos......
