Guys im so happy! i managed to get a slide effect into iwebkit!!!!!!!!!!!! the pages slide VERY fluently and after the slide the next page begins loading.

You can see a test version on m.iwebkit.net. On your ipod of course.

    just click on any button.

and the best thing is that its only 1 simple modification to your html pages. Add a link to a js file! (and maybe an css file if i dont rellease an iwebkit update soon)

UPDATE: NOW IT SLIDES BACK TOO!!!!!

Looks very nice, and the sliding goes very smoothly.

The only thing left to do now is to make it go the other wau around when you click a back button. But thats quite easy!

It seems that this effect only works on MobileSafari on 2.x Firmware...
    1.1.5 doesnt render it correctly

Its the same engine they use... Maybe its too slow?

yes I think it's too slow 'cuz you can hardly see the effect.
pages will load as usual - only sometimes you can see a little bit of the effect but it's everything but fluently

I'm not calling iWebKit bad, but webapp.free.fr has more features, and has options to use as a mobile store!
