I can't seem to get iDefrag to work, It just keeps saying cannot defrag.

"You cannot use this algorithm on the selected volume. Off-line algorithms need to unmount the disk so you need to boot from a different disk, partition, computer or CD/DVD. Alternatively, use the Quick (on-line) algorithm."

    Why? :s I don't get it!

    1. Why would you need to 'defrag' and iPhone/iPod Touch?

    2. Even if you really wanted to, it's"policy" in most cases where you can't defrag the boot-up/master drive. You'll have to boot another drive and mount the master drive to access it.

Diskwarrior comes to mind, but that's a Mac product, not an iDevice product.
