I'm looking for a (preferably free) way to sync folders of files between two computers through my internet connection. So that way when I am working with two computers but with one set of data, any changes I make to the files in that folder will automatically be synced with the folder on the other computer in real time. Any ideas? Thanx guys!

    EDIT: I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

    First thoughts: Dropbox or icloud.

Rsync, command line, has always been my favourite. Setup a crontab to run it, there you go. Easiest and IMO the best.

Thanx for the reply! Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit and yea I was thinking about setting of a Dropbox account and installing the app on both computers, logging in with the same account, and having it sync the files, but the free option only gives you 2 GB of free storage, so I've been keeping it on the back of my mind, and wanted to hear your guys' thoughts. Also, what free amount of storage does Apple's iCloud offer? And if I install the iCloud control panel, will the syncing be automatic?
Do you have any "easier" methods? :D and also, i'd like to be able to run this on a comp where I don't have admin privileges, meaning no command line, thanx for the idea though :)

Dropbox or Home Sync would work, but Home Sync does everything...

what is Home Sync? I tried looking it up but I couldn't get an official site/description/download or anything. Also, it seems to be a Mac app?
