I remember that right before BGizzle made the OT section posts no longer count, he set up an announcement that was at the top of the screen that said that discussing post count was against the rules.

Would it be possible for that to be put in place again?

SOOOOO... To sum things up, why doesn't BGizzle put up a banner to say that 'Piracy-related content will be closed, and the user will be banned.

I believe new users have something like that in place, a banner they can't get rid of that says something about piracy. I might be wrong though.

    Yeah. I remember that.
It just basically bashed in your head for the first week in iPTF that discussing piracy and post count was illegal or something along those lines.

OH LOL, gotcha. I was thinking "how is discussing post count being illegal going to slow down the discussion of piracy" haha

Yeah... I'm not quite that stupid. I was using the 'No post count discussion' thing as an example, not the actual idea.

Here I'll edit it to be more easily understandable...

Well, I don't think that it will slow it down, as the people generally who post about piracy fall into 2 categories

    1. Clueless
    2. Wilfully defiant

For #1, they wont think thier posts are piracy related, and for #2 they won't care
