Right you know when you are playing music and you press the screen to get that Advanced screen bar, with the time, shuffle and genius buttons?

I wish that would be at the bottom, so it doesn't cover the artwork.

But, what about the volume controls, simple, you would just swipe your finger across to change from bar to volume view. Then it would stay on that one until you swiped it again.

Anyone else think this is a good idea or am I talking bobbins?

I think both should be on the screen at once, make use of the real estate.

I like it how it is. I don't really stare at my album artwork because I am too lazy to add any (or rename my songs to have the correct artist/album so an app can get the artwork for me).

The current layout of the album artwork suits me fine actually...

Compared with the nano and mini, I like how the touch's large screen shows everything (including the lyrics and a large album artwork) in one page... This is unlike the nano and mini, where you have to press the round center button to switch between screen views, so inconvenient!
