I use Cyw00d to restart my iPod Touch 2G and on occasions, rejailbreak it. In step two, theres something that makes a IPSW file by like "injecting" an official firmware with Cydia and Installer. So later I restore my iPod Touch with that patched Firmware, it will include Cydia on it. Wouldn't that work with iPhone OS 3.0 too? It just "injects" Cydia onto it and later I restore it via iTunes and voila, Jailbreak on iPod Touch 2G. iBoot will have to boot it just like the Jailbroken 2.2.1 software, same concept, right? I don't want to try anything cause theres still a chance I might brick my iPod Touch. If anyone thinks this would work and want to try it, I'll be waiting your your results. Thanks.
