we all know about cahing maps for later but when you turn it off it de letes the right? so here is an idea.
1- go threw you chaching process
2- get a ipod program that can browse the memory
3- copy the chace files to another folder
    4- reboot
5- copy them back to the maps cache folder
i dont get a ipod till the 25th so i cant try this but someone else can. give it a shot

Doesn't matter. You could have edited your original post or made a reply to your original thread w/ your ideas. But best of luck with the app, though. Sounds like a good idea.
