    hey guys
i think its bad to not have internet everywhere on my ipotch-.-
sometimes i install fcsb or five irows but i cant install while not having wifi
so i think it would be cool if u could DOWNLOAD a package but also have the ability to INSTALL/DEINSTALL(remove) if you want. so u download fcsb and after a while u found another gr8 theme so u dont need fcsb anymore. but you want to keep it. so simply deinstall (remove) it BUT keep the package saved offline!
    what do you think`?

Well you could just put the .deb package in a location you choose yourself, and use terminal to install it. using command like dpkg

If I read this right - Your saying we download the packages and then install them manually, so after an uninstall, we can get it back without re-downloading?
    Good idea actually.

This had become a reality. it is called CyDelete, and it was released yesterday. Check on Cydia. you delete stuff the same way you delete app store apps, but cannot delete cydia itself
