Aren't you supposed to get that by yourself using PwnageTool?

ok i read the readme. step 4:

    4) From the official 2.1.1 ipsw, extract this (unpatched) file:
    iBSS.n72ap.RELEASE.dfu (name it iBSS211.dfu)

this seems to be the file i need.

Your device wasn't in DFU mode when you did that, the command you typed to get it to send the file didn't execute in rslite, you did that in bash which is why it said event not found.

Make sure you get it into dfu mode, hold power and home 10 seconds, release power, keep holding home for 10-15 seconds. It goes into dfu mode every time for me.
