So I was playing iBowl and I hit the arm of a chair the Touch slip out of my hand, but I managed to hang on long enough to give it enough momentum to fly across the room. It continued and hit the wall then onto the hard floor. My screen absolutely shattered.

Lucky for me though I took it all apart(It still works thank God) and am in the process of buying a new touch screen on eBay for $20.

I wonder how much I could sue for lol JKJK

Its not really iBowls fault for your iPod getting broken, but your own. You were the one playing in an area with furniture near by, and I am pretty sure you knew that you had to have some space to play iBowl. Sorry to sound harsh, but I am just telling the facts

I'm totally going to invest in a dork strap for whatever protect-o-case I decide on. I'll have my mittens and my Touch attached to my coat sleeves, just for extra effect.

    Fail lol
If you cant figure out that you have to play that sort of game away from furniture then its your own fault.... I mean you did chose to play that game, knowing you had to swing your ipod around, so really you broke it, not iBowl...

Instead of iBowl broke my iPod shouldn't it said I broke my ipod? It sounds like user error to me.
