iblank icons wont go away

    i downloaded iblank and now i cant delete the empty icons it created. i tried erasing them in safe mode. that seemed to work so i erased iblank.app. now the blank icons are back and they just wont get erased! please help!

    (i havent tried ssh, but if theres any way i can solve this directly on my ipod i would prefer that.)

    Perhaps restart your ipod/get rid of the source?

    Try reinstalling iBlank, that happened to me as well.

    this happened to me with iBlab... then categories screwed my iPod... and I had to restore...

    the blanks should go away just by holding the icon down then clicking the X... if not, reinstall iBlank and try again...

    does anybody know where these blank bookmarks are located in the ipod library? (when you SSH)

    Deleting the contents of the folder will delete any other webclips you have saved.

    Okay. Here is the way that I found worked. Open iBlank and tap "Remove all blank icons" Or something around that dialog. That should get rid of them

    That worked for me as well; if nothing else works and you don't want to restore, I guess you could try using Poof! to hide them or something. (Not sure whether that'd work, not tried myself, but I assume it because because it's based on the same principles).

    Blank icons are just webclips. If nothing else, delete everything in your webclips folder. See the directory in my previous post.
