ok, where exactly do the wall papers that I try to put into my wallpaper library and the ones that I try to put in my camera roll go? I tried SSHing. I looked in /Media/DCIM/. There is supposed to be another folder with the wallpapers in it. The only folder I see is .MISC and there is nothing in it. Can someone help me out?

    pretty sure its ~/Wallpaper
which links to /private/var/root/Wallpaper for older firmware
    or /private/var/mobile/Wallpaper for newer

thanks, apparently, 1.1.1 is considered new firmware. As a follow up question, why cant I get to that folder through mobile finder? I can only access private/var/root/ and anything below that.

no, 1.1.1 is older, hence /var/root
I've never been unable to browse that folder with MobileFinder
perhaps you need to change Fimder settings to allow viewing hidden/system files?

ok I just went to setting and turned everything on figuring one of them would do it. I can now access the files. I think the "access system files" did it.

Because you need a computerto do that. And i cant always get vnc to work (most likely because the wifi network that I am on is blocking the port on my side).
