I want to unjailbreak.

    Any tutorials that you know of? I want it done tonite. I want to update the 118 new Sublime songs I now have. lol


    Someone just link me or quickly explain it, someone said I need to DL some stuff.

    Oh, and is the Ipod in DFU mode when @ the bottom of the screen, my windows says "The ... attached to this computer is malfunctioned..." or w/e. Please hlpe me this thread. Thank you.

    The only way to unjailbreak is to do a complete restore.

    I tried to restore it and it errored. Now Itunes will not read the Ipod when inserted into the computer.

    1.shut it off
    2.hold down home button and plug it in?

    As in when I restored it, then no. But I will do that now I guess.

    The computer still refuses the recognize it and I am unsure what to next, if it is a "brick" I will not be able ot get a new one for a long time. I can not lose this thing for that.

    But iTunes won't read the iPod.

    put it in DFU mode and install libusb. see if your computer recognizes it then. if you are on vista right click the lib usb and go to compatibility and check the box.

    I think it's sooo funny you are trying to restore and you can't.

    Try restoring with the same firmware that you have. But OEM.
