That is because it's a cracked app that is available on an Installer 4 repo. You can't get it unless you find another cracked applications Cydia repo, or buy it (ALevel) from the App Store.

Well There Are A Couple Ways...

1). Buy A Level In The AppStore There Is A Great One There
2). Get Installer Get The Apps You Want Then SSH Into private/var/stash/applications On Your iPhod And Delete Installer.app
3). Wait For It To Come Out On Cydia

Ok, I've got the installer.app AND the level one I want in my folder and they don't show up on my screen. I'm stuck.

Just in case you are a little bit misinformed... Having Installer installed won't magically crash/destroy/incinerate/explode your iPod.

You can have it installed and download whatever you think it's cool from it, then go to Cydia and download what you think its cool from there too.

no it wont "destroy" your ipod but it does often cause you to to have to do hard resets and the like. when i had it, it would take a lot of fiddling for apps to showup on my springboard and installer is notoriously bad at uninstalling things (at least in my opinion)
cydia is a much better package manager and i much prefer it.

I bought the level from the App Store and for .99, it's already paid for itself a few times this week.
