You guys playing the Pocket Edition? That way you can get two device and play with each other without the account itself. I haven't actually tried it, but I'm pretty sure it will automatically detect your brother and you can make a game together.
I don't think it's possible without buying another account (which I highly recommend because Minecraft is an amazing game).
It cant happen without two accounts. PE edition is the best way. However woth the cost of that for two devices, you should just buy a new account for PC
You could install the nodus client then change the offline name to a different user so you can play together on lan.
MinecraftSP isn't piracy. You can, in theory, use it in alliance with piracy, but...: I have legit MC. I use SP to use different names on my own server. I don't see how that's pirating.
