I'm getting the blue screen of death and/or my usb ports and drivers are not working properly.

    * LibUsb must be installed in compatiblity mode for windows xp sp2. If you forgot to do this or it did not work properly. Restart your computer and press F8 during boot and select Safe Mode. Uninstalling LIBUSB or doing a system restore to a time before LibUsb will fix all your driver issues.
    * LibUsb is known to mess up your drivers so be careful about doing so.
