    So...like...how do I say this?

Okay. Sure, rumors are rumors, BUT! With the "New iPad" (geez I hate that...Apple should just name it, but I'll give it's adopted name "iPad 3"), I only expected half of the rumors to be true.

Apple it seems...did they purposefully leak things? I have never seen rumors come even so close as to reality.

4G LtE. Was pretty expected by the majority of us I guess...and was quite mandatory if Apple were to compete with other things. This also means the "New iPhone" (iPhone 5) ;P should get LtE. good.

    More RAM. Duh.

Retina display. How on earth did those places like iMore (was it iMore) and 9to5Mac etc. get their hands on those parts??? :p pretty much was another given.

SIRI. many of us expected SIRI to be on it, but doubtful, yet Apple put in SIRI Dictation. Hey, at least it's SOMEthing SIRI-ish.

    IOS 5.1. Expected.

As far as the physical design...I can't understand why people go on about it being 1mm thicker than the iPad 2. And I still like the design. When I first saw the picture of it on the live feed I thought it looked thinner, but whatever.

Selling price. Some expected it to go up. I love Apple bc they DON'T often change prices. As far as the iPad 2, the $100 price cut is pretty nice.

Apple TV release was expected, it seemed they were just like "oh, were introducing a new Apple TV, now on to the iPad...." if you know what I mean. It seems they may focus more on the TV when and if Apple designs their own complete set (TV, monitor, etc.).

A5X. It was leaked, but many thought it would be dual, not quad-core. How were these things leaked, ya know?

Camera upgrade. Pretty given and expected.

I wonder if Apple maybe purposefully leaked stuff to get people excited. I also wonder why Apple wasn't as secretive about the whole thing. Maybe because of Tim Cook? Idk. I honestly don't know, don't burn me on anything bc I just wrote what happened. What are your thoughts?

I heard quad-core for the processor [meaning the main CPU], but a quad-core graphics processor came out, so it was half right :p

Apple is Apple, and they are making money whether or not the 'rumors' are true or not.

Well, the CPU doesn't exactly need it to run iOS faster. The GPU is what really drives the majority of the interface and opening apps. So since the GPU is quad-core, you will have a quad-core experience. Ugh...how do I explain? Do you understand ^ ? :p

It's still not a quad core CPU which I expected.

I think that you read too many rumors and were expecting something huge.

    This is a 3GS update.

Well, iOS isn't as heavy a system as Android IceCream Sandwich, so...it doesn't really need all that power, but I agree, it would be nice. Operating an iPad with the A5x will still make iOS VERY smooth. :D
