Ok I tried to jailbreak my iPod. I put it in the whole recovery mode (DFU) and I hooked it up to Itunes and all my music and videos are gone and it won't sync even though my iPod comes up on my source list.!!!!!!

apple would never do anything to brick/lock an ipod touch or iphone on purpose. This may simply be done due to a faulty restore, or quite simply, something you have downloaded to ure touch, has screwed it over. Try to restore it again. im sure u will have much more luck.

Yes Apple got you blacklisted : you're doomed. You will never be able to use an Apple product any more for a year or so. Even Computers got your ID in memory and will shut down if you're around.
Maybe you should go and see a schrink for that paranoïa of yours.
