ok, I am still having troubles with getting WinSCP to do an SFTP on my ipod touch. I have followed the procedures in the "Complete Idiots Guide" exactly but it still wont work. It all started after I had an internet outage. It took a while for most of the ports to get up and running. Apparently, port 22 is still having problems. My parents think that the problem is on my computer. I keep getting the same error message (photo attached.) What do you advise?

I have just checked the services settings and the SSH is indeed on. I am not at my house so I can't check my ip address but just to be sure, where do you suggest I find the ip address that will work? Whatismyip.com or a command prompt?

Go into Settings > Wi-Fi, click on a network you are connected to.. (click on the right arrow)...

ok I'm not at school so that won't work. I haven't gotten the chance to try cracking the network. By the way, will that thing work even if my ipod is on a different network?
