    I searched but I still dont understand I have tried many ways and it doesnt work

    I have tried:

    Changing the icon.png in the actual app folder - app doesnt open

    Making a folder in winterboard called Icons and putting the images in there (dont know if i did this right can anyone tell me if i did it wrong?) - doesnt change anything at all

    anything else I should try? I really want a fully themed iPod...

    go to /Library/Themes and create a new Folder, for example "MyTheme".
    Then go into this folder. When you done this, make a new Folder called "Icons".
    After that, put Images with the name of your apps. (But the name, which is shown on the springboard).

    Reboot and finished.

    Have you gotten any themes to work in WinterBoard? It can be really picky about Caps etc. Like the icon for WinterBoard has to be typed like that exactly (it won't take it if the icon is named "winterboard").

    Just a suggestion

    try adding a Wallpaper.png file to the theme as well
    might not work, but sounds like you're at the point where you have to try anything

    You have to put them inside another folder inside of the icons folder.

    It should look like this

    private > var > stash > Themes.xxxxxx > THEMENAME > Icons > AIM, Tap Tap, Showtimes (Folders) > AIM.png, Tap Tap.png, Showtimes.png
