Well, after two buggy/defective(?) iPod touches from weeks 38 and 39, I turned the thing in for a refund and used the money to get an iPhone. So far it seems to me the iPhone is much more robust, and the bugs I experienced with the touch have not surfaced with the iPhone. I can only guess it caused some problems when they ripped out all the software from the iPhone to make the touch. Of course, I now need to win the lottery or something, cause on top of the phone, I had to make a $750 deposit. But I was going to move to AT&T anyway, when my verizon contract expired next year. My credit won't be fixed that quickly, so I might as well start trying now. Overall, I am just as impressed and enamored as the first day I had my hands on a touch.
