So here's the deal. I just bought a new laptop and new I-Touch. For some reason, I can't get the new I-Touch to sync. I had the Geek Squad people do a data transfer from my old computer which included all of my old music. Right after plugging in my new I-Touch the thing synced properly and everything is fine. Since then, I've purchased new songs and can't seem to get those ones onto the I-Touch. In my drop down menu on I-Tunes I can see the "sync" feature but no matter what I do, it won't highlight. My I-Touch is charging and working except that I can't get the new songs on there. Really frustrating. Thoughts?

Okay if you are able to see the sync feature it means that at least Itunes reconize your Ipod.
Does Itunes pop-up and ask you to sync? If not
You can try to rightclick on your device in Itunes and reset warnings.
It will resets all the warnings that Itunes use to show.
This happens when you click on the "do not show me again box" when itunes asked yo to sync.

Please stay on topic and try to help him. Try resetting your iphone in settings (on your iPhone) then try a DFU restore. If that doesn't work, call 1-800 MY-APPLE.
