You may have set your OS partition to a GB or whatever.
Yeah , because that's really helpful.
Same here, the jb firmware takes up more space methinks
You probably set your Root Partition to a large size. Whats it say as free space on /? Like in SBSettings, beside HDD Free, I have 76 MB on /.
Youthinks wrong. It's the exact same size, if smaller. You have 2 partitions on your iPod, one private and one System. The new firmware resizes the system partition by adding ~200MB, which explains the lowered private partition (Where all your Music is stored.)
I assume you have Cydia and Installer because mine has the same exact amount of gigs. It's just Cydia and Installer taking up a tiny bit of room. That's all.
Ok, so in order for me to get my space back, I must remove installer and cydia?
You must restore.
Don't Restore 200mb is well worth cydia and installer.
