hey guys I need your help. I was listening to my 30 gig U2 edition iPod on my iTower. The iPod has the newest firmware. So I was scrolling through songs when all of a sudden the screen went blueish! It won't turn off or do anything. It won't react when I plug it into the computer . It is like a blue screen with the backlight. What should I do?!

Try toggling the hold switch from unlock to lock, then back, then hold menu and select together until the ipod restarts (this is the older iPod version of a force restart).

Sounds like something hardware wise might have gone bad though.

(BTW, moved the older iPods section)

Ah, haha, real funny.. So, this isn't an "IPOD" forum and I'm the only one with another iPod other than an iPod touch?

@Dan- so I hold the menu button and what else do I hold?
