I need help with my laptop!

    LOL, i dont even have it yet, but please, just help me.

    Last Thursday I bought a Dell Laptop, at Dell.com.
    I completed every step correctly, even checked everything twice.
    2 minutes later, I received an e-mail saying that Dell had received my peticion, and that they we´re checking if everything was fine.

    It also said that I was going to receive another e-mail in the next 48 laborable hours.

    Right, I asked for it on Thursday, so in Friday, the 48 hrs havent passed already, so thats fine, I said "Its ok, its not 48 hrs yet"

    So i waited patiently until Monday, and nothing happened, then I said "Perhaps they´re having too many requests ......"

    Tuesday, 06:49 PM (right now) and I havent received any e-mail!

    Whats going on??? I cant even check the status because I dont have a reference number or something, and I can´t contact them cos they tell me that it´s too late, that I have to call later:


    Please help me, or at least say something to calm me down!

    You have a receipt or something, don't you? Anything to contact them?

    Yeah wouldnt worry, its from Dell. If it was from ebay or something, then you should start worrying!

    OMFG, now I´m better.
    Now I know that my order wasn´t sent in the correct category or something, and that it was rejected, but then it was re-accepted and its in the process again.
