So my iPhone is acting like a douche, it stops working then suddenly is works again but this time the sleep/wake button doesnt work and it constantly turns off and then on by itself. It didnt come in contact with any water or any of the sort. Are their any fixes? I already tried restoring. And since my warranty is out from apple, if I send it to them, do you think they will replace it or tell me to buy a new one?

Try a reboot, if that still doesn't work restore BUT do not restore from a back-up, set up as a new iPhone.

Do a DFU restore and if hes going to ask you to use a back up. Click "set as new one"

Take it to an Apple Store, they could show some care and help you out.

The problem taking it to the Apple Store is that it needs to be unlocked for it to read my sim, and the people there at the Apple Store said I need to put in my sim card. Will I get fined/sued if I bring it in with it jailbroken? Are there any programs that might hide the jailbreak? What should I do?

i dont think so, if they find out if its jailbroken they probally wont do anything. That be the good thing

another option is that they call the SWAT and arrest you - over reacted thing

another is that they close your warranty with the serial number - bad thing

lol just made those up, the 1st might be true tho
