I moved and moved back my themes folder shortcut. Now winterboard won't recognize it?

I accidentally moved the wrong shortcut. So I undid it. But now winterboard won't recognize my themes right. It thinks that the themes folder is empty.
Currently, there is a shortcut for themes on
    / <root>
    And it takes me to
    /private/var/stash/Themes.FAyTuH
    ...

How do I fix it? Besides reinstalling everything?

Cydia says I have them installed. Only if I re-install them, they will appear on winterboard.

    Maybe try reinstalling winterboard.

I didn't think of that. Brb.

EDIT: It just got back the original winterboard stuff that old winterboard deleted. Hmm.
Huh. I SSH'd today and played in themes, but I didn't touch winterboard

I think my iPod is self aware.

Do what Naterterizer611 said, but make sure you tap REINSTALL and NOT UNINSTALL

If you tap 'Uninstall', it will delete all of you themes with it, as 'Reinstall' does not remove you themes with it.

I tried this. Only got back the ones from Cydia I just installed. And the default winterboard ones. I'll try to SSH and unpack a .deb file, but I'm quite skeptical :S

EDIT: The problems continue. I am backing up /Library/Themes
Which is a folder. It acts like a shortcut, so I'm going to try replacing it with a real shortcut.

It's curious because when I SSH, the themes I have installed from the iPod on not there. So I assume they were moved, somehow. I will try to locate them, somehow.
