You need to learn how to get it into DFU mode and re-apply the redsn0w patch

You need to run the boot tool, reapplying redsn0w, as jpga said.

Practice getting it into DFU mode.

    1) Open itunes
    2) Plug ipod touch into the computer. You will get a pop up saying the computer cant recognize it. Just ignore it.
    3) Make sure the computer volume is on, so its easier to tell the ipod is in dfu mode
    4) Open the windows clock, and hold home + power buttons.
    5) After 10 seconds has passed on the clock, release the power button.
    6) After 5-8 seconds, there will be a noise, and the ipod will appear in itunes.
    7) Reapply the patch (Using a boot tool makes it easier)
