    3 New Devices in 4.0

    I was looking through the new launch daemons on my ipod touch 2g to see what ones i don't need and when i opened ("com.apple.fairplayd.N82.plist") and ("com.apple.fairplayd.N72.plist") ifound out they both only work on certian devices and when i went though the deamon more i found out they both mention ("com.apple.fairplayd.default.plist") and in that i found out 3 upcoming unannounced idevices.
    Code:
    		<key>machine</key>
    		<array>
    			<string>iPhone1,2</string>
    			<string>iPhone2,1</string>
    			<string>iPhone3,1</string>
    			<string>iPhone3,3</string>
    			<string>iPod2,1</string>
    			<string>iPod2,2</string>
    			<string>iPod3,1</string>
    			<string>iPod4,1</string>
    			<string>iPad0,1</string>
    			<string>iPad1,1</string>
    			<string>iProd2,1</string>
    		</array>

    iPhone1,2 is the 3G if I'm not mistaken. Which can still upgrade to 4.0. iPhone1,1 was the 2G iPhone. It must have some use for that

    Interesting...

    ... But I would think that all that showed was that Apple tested iOS4 on the first gen iPhone. Not really surprising.

    Either way, no one should start thinking that this means that support is coming in the future. It won't; Apple has killed off those devices. Sorry.
