i jailbroke my ipod touch wrong? PLEASE HELP

    when i jailbroke my ipod instead of pressing jailbreak i pressed jailbreak and activate and it went through the process and now when i turn it on it comes up with lots of writting and im not to sure what to do?

    PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.........

    He probably used ziphone, and you might want to put it in dfu mode, its a black screen with white letters right?

    Make sure the device is off.
    Hold home and sleep together for 10 seconds.
    Plug into iTunes.
    Restore to 2.2.
    Jailbreak with QuickPwn.

    when i hold it together for ten secs it just comes up with the same thing
