I cant save games on any rom. i read that you need to type in a code into terminal or change permissions to 777. thats where im getting lost, I can ssh into my ipod with iphone browser through usb, I dont have wifi in my house. Im running jailbroken 1.1.3 firmware. if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it. thank you.

once you are ssh'd into your ipod change the permissions by clicking on the rom folder and go to properties, then change the Octal to 0777. Also do this for the SNES folder and it should work

In Terminal type chmod 777 /var/root/Media/ROMs/GBA/

777 is used because then the app can have full permission, including read/write access.

When I type in the command on the Terminal, I get "Operation not permitted" message. Why is that? Any solution?

install the Term-vt100 from installer and then SUID Lib Fix

open Term-vt100 from home screen and type in password "alpine" without the "

then type chown -hR mobile /var/root then press return

then type chown -hR mobile /var/mobile then press return

this will fix /var/root and /var/mobile for any emulator that saves to either one of those spots

also off the topic but to get the Wallpaper app to save to camera roll and wallpaper folder type in chmod +s /Applications/Wallpaper.app

everything ive tried now works on 1.1.3, I have 107 apps and games that run flawlessly now that i ran thise scripts i gave you above

remember to do it in Term-vt100 not Tenminal svn207(wont work)
