iOS 3.1 i have an 8GB 3rd gen... how do i downgrade to 3.1.2?

    That happened to me... I downloaded the iPod touch 2Gen 3.1.2 firmware and restored it

    if your iPod came with 3.1.3, you CANNOT downgrade.

    That is not true. I bought a new 3rd generation 8GB Ipod touch last week that came with 3.1.3 FW and Coca Cola's method worked. I was able to downgrade it to the 2nd generation FW for 3.1.2 and then jailbreak it with blackra1n.
