I attempted MULTIPLE times to buy the stupid software update for the touch. All of my attempts failed, itunes was saying i had to update my ipod first(which it was, 1.1.3). So, i thought that maybe if i restored my ipod i might be able to buy them. So i restored my ipod and when it was all finished i had the apps. I checked my pay pall to make see if somehow itunes charged me for them, nothing was charged.

When first attempting to actaully pay for the apps i did get as far as accepting the new terms of service, but after taht it said there was an error and i had to retry, after that i was never even able to accept the terms of service.

Im not sure why i got the software update without paying, im sure apple wouldnt let such an easy loophole exist.

That is quite odd... if you had gotten your touch After the 27th then I might suspect it is because of that... Otherwise something weird is going on.

They are fixing up the apps as we speak. Don't expect this loophole unfixed.
