Well Here's How It All Went down..
I Was Letting My Brother Use The Ipod He Had Music Playing While He Was Washing The dishes and Yet His Elbow Hit the Ipod And It Fell Into The Water.
But As Soon As It Fell
I Ran Over There And Picked It Up And Dried It And Got A Blow Dryer And Tried to Dry It.
It Was Only In the Water For About Less Than 2 Seconds.
When It Dropped IN the Water It Was Bright Then All Of Sudden It Went Black.
i Tried To TUrn It On And It Was Still Black But Like The Side And Top Buttons Work But The Screen Doesn't Work..
So What Can I Do To Fix This?
It Was A Present So I Don't Have A Warranty For it
    Please Reply Asap!

Apple never accepts water damage, warranty is useless even if you had one.
Put it inside of a bag of rice and leave it like that for a week. Then try it.
Turning it on was the worst thing you could do lol.

Do exactly what powerpup says. Except yours might be done, because you tried to turn it on.

You could have shorted all the electronics out really easily if he tried to turn it on first.
