I just installed windows XP SP3 32bit. And when I try to run any boot helper/jailbreak tool it says: "The application failed to start because the application configuration is not correct."
    Any ideas?

EDIT: I had to install C++ Redistributable 2008. Resolved.
P.S: I had vista before and it had all of this already so excuse me.

If you can't run any exe programs you wouldn't be able to post this because all browsers are exe's. I think you would need to be on the Admin account to run exe's that do not have a certificate attached to them.

If it is a text based tool, you have to usually run it from a command prompt. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you should probably not be attempting a jailbreak.
