Ok so i added a bunch of apps to my ipod touch and when i tried adding more songs to my ipod this morning from itunes it wouldent recognize my ipod. It said "The software needed for iPhone is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again."

Well i tried that, didnt work. I tried to force restore my ipod which went to the screen where it says to plug into itunes. So its plugged into the USB cable but it still wont come up on itunes. Its not giving me that message this time though. I dont know what to do. All the apps are working perfectly and i can still listen to the songs its just that itunes cant recognize my ipod anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

I did about a million times. Ive uninstalled itunes, rebooted, installed itunes, tried to force restore and it still wont recognize it. I restart my computer again and it still wont connect. This is while the screen on the ipod says to connect to itunes.
