I can't Downgrade!!!

    I cant seem to downgrade my iPhone!

    Ive tried everything (to my knowing) and i cant get.

    I HAVE SEARCH TEH GOOGLE! All guides are the same, and i get the same result.

    Try downgrading to an official firmware, rather than a custom one (if that's what you've been trying to restore to).

    Me neither... It looks as if I'll have to break out the mac, as I don't want to install libusb. It was hell last time, installing it and uninstalling it.

    i know the answer! i fixed mine, mkay here we go....(dont be put off by the first couple steps, it seems like the other guides, but its not)

    1. attempt to use quickpwn rc3 to jailbreak a 2.0.2 firmware
    2. when it's jailbreaking your iphone 2g, your iphone's screen will turn white
    3. when your iphone 2g's screen is white, unplug iphone 2g
    4. open itunes and restore to 2.2.1, ( itunes should look like your in restore mode, or dfu mode)
