It might not work if the user setup the security correctly. I suggest you reset the pram by removing all ram modules and waiting at least one minute. Shut down and then press the command, option, p and r keys simultaneously and hold them. While holding them press the power button and keep holding until the computer restarts and you hear the restart sound twice. Then release the keys and you should be able to do it. Okay, it was working fantastically, until I updated Java and also updated/downloaded Safari 3.0. It was about 200MB of update stuff. Now it's stuck on the Apple logo? It won't go into Single user mode. Problem? You guys know? Is it bc of the HDd or maybe it's just slow after the update? It doesn't have thy much RAM.
