Then go to System Preferences and delete the password of the other admin account. I've never tried this on Tiger, tell me how it goes!

That should wipe all the other accounts and information on the system.

That's a good thing? Thts what I want right :) delete the other admin account? There's only one account and it's an admin.

Yea, all you want is to have a newly installed computer. So just follow the instructions in the video. It's basically like a DFU restore on an iPhone, don't require password to log in and you wipe your device.

You can also always boot up to a Mac install disk and wipe the HDD and to a fresh install.

My way doesn't wipe anything, it just adds a new admin account.

Okay. When I typed in fsck -uw / it said there was no such file or directory. It said the same for rm /var/db/.applesetupdone

    NOW what???????

Because that's for 10.5 and higher. You're on Tiger (10.4).

Okay? How do I do it then? I want the same process. Wipe eveything and make the computer reboot as if it were new out if the box. :)

Phew!!! I thought there was a problem with my computer. :D heheh! :( nervous, a little.

    Try this
1.Power on or restart your Mac.
    2. At the chime (or grey screen if your chime is turned off), hold down Command+S on your keyboard to enter single-user mode.
    3. Type sh /etc/rc and press Enter/Return.
    4. Type passwd username and replace “username” with the short name of the user account for which you’d like to reset the password.
    5. Type your desired password and press Enter. It won’t show itself on the screen, so be careful what you type. You will most likely have to enter it again to confirm.
    Type Reboot and press enter

If that doesn't work, try this one. This one gives you the Tiger intro and lets you set up the Mac, then you can delete the other account

    /sbin/mount -uw /
    rm /var/db/.applesetupdone
    Reboot
