i am deleting every file on my ipod

    so i am doing this to see what will happen (most likely nothing), since i am going to restore anyways.

    not a good idea even with restore i heard something about doing this and not being able to restore but im sure you can dfu it back just make sure you are still under warrenty before doing this.

    too late. and it didnt do anything, im restoring right now, with no errors. but it looks cool because it shows the lock screen and springboard (while you can) but cant move anything at all.

    I did this back on 1.1.1 on an iPod Touch and it wasn't happy.

    SpringBoard still ran, but most everything was gone from it, and then it randomly crashed.

    I once delted the SBIN folder to that I could give the ipod back to the shop for a refund and it wouldnt turn on or restore.

    *DO IT* *DO IT* "sudo rm -rf /" in terminal without the ". VIDEO!! if anything happens restore!
