    hello im trying to get my HTML lockscreen to use the lockscreen you set in the photos app, if its even possible.

    here are the 2 directories:

    of my theme
    /private/var/stash/Themes.vKRdU1/WP7S/LockBackground.html
    &&
    of the background you can set in the photos app
    /private/var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg

    so i used this
    ../../../mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg

    BUT it doesn't work.
    is this b/c its not even possible or is my HTML directory path wrong?

    LockBackground.html is not your background image. You'll need to look through your theme for Background.png or something like that.

    LockBackground.html is the file i am using to place everything. It is using Lockscreen Background.png for the actually wallpaper image, which is located in my theme folder.

    However I am trying to use the one you can set via the photo app.
    which is located here:

    /private/var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg

    You'll need to link the wallpaper to your LockBackground.jpg. To do this, follow these steps:
    1) Go into iFile, go into /var/mobile/Library, look for LockBackground.jpg.
    2) Tap edit on the top right and click on the circle on the left of LockBackground.jpg.
    3) Tap the bottom right button (looks like a rectangle with an arrow)
    4) Press 'Copy/Link'
    5) Head over to the /var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/(Widget), then look for Wallpaper.png
    6) When you're in the folder that contains LockscreenBackground.png (or whatever the theme's wallpaper is), tap edit on the top right again, and then the bottom right button again.
    7) Instead of pasting, press 'Create Link'
    8) Then rename LockBackground.jpg to LockscreenBackground.png (or whatever the theme's wallpaper is)
    9) If you still see a black background, delete the original LockBackground.jpg and set the wallpaper again.

    thank you good sir.

    that is what I was thinking of doing
    so thank you on the walkthrough.

    okay so i changed it.
    No shortcut file.
    I used an absolute path instead of relative,
    dont know why I didn't just try that first.
    Code:
    <body background="/private/var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg">
